Along the road, we’ve received a lot of suggestions for our products and for the way we process our payments. One common complaint was that a lot of publishers felt that paying in net 45 days was a little bit far the line, making it a painful road for some small and big publishers.

We studied the situation, made some moves in our internal organization and now, we are glad to announce that those time constrains are no more. From this month onward (May) all payments will be done not in 45 net days but in Net 30 days.

What does that means? It means that you will receive your money sooner and our payment policies will be a little bit clearer for all of you.

How will it work? As long as you collected the minimum payment threshold by the end of a month, payments will work in the following way:

The money made in March will be paid by May 15th.
What was made in April will be paid by June 15th
What will be made in May will be paid by July 1st -5th.
What will be made in July will be paid by August 1st-5th.
And so on…

It is important to notice from above that this change will not be retroactive and that the money made in previous months will still comply by the previous 45 net days rule.

“This important change in our policies is intended to benefit all of our publishers, but specially the smaller ones that struggle with money and need to see a faster cash flow”, says Gustavo Bessone, Taggify’s CEO.

If you have any inquiries, questions or any thoughts about this change, please write us at support@taggifynet. We would love to hear your feedback!

From the start we have been working intensely to allow our Publishers get better results in their campaigns and to improve their revenue streams in a noticeable way. A month ago we started with one project, and today, May 4th, we are glad to announce that one of those features has come to light. This change will allow our Publishers to display ads in pictures in a more effective way and to better their revenue.

Now, without further ado, we introduce you our new feature for our product Photofy: our new In display ads.

Before, the ads displayed by our technology were small banners that didn’t guarantee clicks on them. Now, the ads will be a lot bigger, guaranteeing more clicks and more revenue without losing the elegant and swift way in which they were displayed.

This is the difference between what you had and what you can have now

“With this change to In Display ads, we are looking to give our Publishers more alternatives regarding in image ads, so their ads campaign can adapt to the nature of their sites and not the other way round. And also we are sure that this changes will make their ads campaign more effective than before, improving their revenue stream” says Gustavo Bessone, Taggify’s CEO.

This change will be automatic for all the accounts using Photofy and you can start enjoying it from this moment on without changing anything. However if you didn’t like this update you can change it back to what it was in your dashboard manually.

If you have any inquiries, questions, praises or even complaints about this new feature, please write us at support@taggify.net. We are eager to hear your feedback!

There are lot of ways to monetize websites. Commonly a webmaster start with Google Adsense. Showing their users textual or image standard banner ads.

Hopefully for them, Taggify is creating a complete new way to monetize websites. We´ve been thinking as a publishers from the beginning of our company. In fact, Before that!

So, are you actually making money, right? Well, we are making our best efforts to generate, not only revenue, we want that users stay in the website, comment, and share. That way, Webmasters can have a better revenue.

What are we doing to generate more?
First of all, we are adding a complete Suite of products. Now you not only monetize images (as we started) You can monetize Searches, Outgoing Links and Videos.

We found a way that you can monetize those outgoing links, and we create Linkify.

What is linkify? basically, we detect any outgoing link located in your website, and before the user go to that page, we show you an advertising for 10 seconds. Then the user can skip that ad and go to the original link.

This is a really good way to monetize that empty hole that you had.

You should contact us and try this new way to earn extra money!

How to increase your CTR? wich is better? here is: the A/B Test!

This is a great option to test and decide wich of your automatic ads designs has better CTR.

First of all, you should know a little bit of Javascript or PHP, if you don’t, we are going to teach you to make a random show of banners. It will help you to run the A/B test.

Javascript Random A/B Test

PHP

<?php $random_number = rand(0, 1); ?>
<script type="text/javascript" <?php if($random_number == 1){ ?> src="ReplaceHEREYourJavascriptSRCCodeATest" <?php } else { ?> src="ReplaceHEREYourJavascriptSRCCodeBTest" <?php } ?> language="javascript" charset="utf-8">

1) The first step is to setup one color of the Automatic Ads, configure it according to your website layout.

Configuration 1 - A Color Palette.

Configuration 1 - B Color Palette.

2) Once you picked the colors, Go to Channels and create a new one. Then, click the Create Channel button, and go to Get the HTML Code.

Choose descriptive names to your Channels, a great option will be SiteName-SectionName-A / SiteName-SectionName-B

3) Once you have your FIRST HTML Code, Copy / Paste our PHP Random test, in your HTML and and put the SRC code in the first IF.

4) Now Repeat, Steps 1, 2 and 3.

This is a common question, and here is our TIP!

Perhaps you have a big banner image as a header that you don’t want to show ads there.

Well, in your HTML, localize your tag and add this:

class="tgf_noads"

So, your image will look like:

We hope you can apply this when you need it!
